Fridge: Place the prepared potatoes in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days before baking. If they are cold from the fridge, they may need an extra 5-7 minutes of baking time. Freezer: Cool the prepared potatoes completely and freeze on a baking pan. Once frozen, the potatoes can be stored in a container or freezer bag. Bake From Frozen: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
