The juicer method is easier as you do not have to peel and cube anything. But washing the juicer can take more time. You also lose some fibers in a juicer. People with kidney problems and kidney stones should avoid it or drink occasionally as greens are high in oxalic acid, so it can put excess work on kidneys to remove them. It can also develop kidney stones.
If you aren’t straining and want to make most benefit of this drink blending is a better choice. Washing blender every day is easy peasy. The taste is compromised in blending if you add too much water. Adding honey adds calories. Blending take slightly more time to make.
