Ingredients in Peanut Butter Granola?

THE BASICS: Oats, peanut butter, peanuts, and some coconut oil are what keeps the granola together! Try other nut or seed butters. Agave can be swapped for maple syrup, honey, or monk fruit syrup. Old-fashioned oats are less processed than instant oats and will produce crunchier granola while instant oats make for a chewier bar. MIX-INS: As long as the ratio of peanut butter to coconut oil and agave is relative to the mix-ins to hold everything together, add mini-chocolate chips, chunks of dark chocolate, or chopped dried fruit like bananas, cherries, cranberries, or raisins.
