Brussels – Use fresh Brussels for the best flavor. Remember, when purchasing fresh Brussels buy tight firm heads that are free of blemishes and spots. Choose sprouts that are close to the same size if possible. Seasonings –We season simply with butter, salt & pepper, and a bit of onion. Onion powder can be used in place of fresh onion if you’d like. Variations – Grilled Brussel sprouts taste great sprinkled with shredded parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, a bit of Dijon mustard, or even maple syrup.
