SPICES Oregano, basil, rosemary, garlic & onion powder, dill, thyme, and a little salt and pepper are all combined to create this wonderful spice blend! LEMON ZEST Fresh zest is used in this recipe but can be easily substituted for dry lemon zest! Tips for Storing
Store Greek seasoning in a small shaker bottle or mason jar in a cool, dark place. If using freshly zested lemon, place the spice mix on a plate and let it cure about 48 hours so the lemon zest has a chance to dry out. Be sure to write the name and date on the outside of the bottle or jar, it will keep on the shelf for up to 3 months.
