What is a Pepperoni Roll?
This pepperoni roll recipe is so easy to make because it uses premade bread dough. The dough is rolled and topped with all the fixings. This can be served as a main dish or appetizer (great for game day too!). The roll in this recipe can be cut and served as individual portions, making them great to take along for lunches and picnics. For a dip, try using Easy Marinara Sauce or Homemade Pizza Sauce, or even ranch!
Ingredients & Variations
DOUGH: Use a loaf of frozen bread dough for the base of these roll-ups. Pillsbury crescent dough or Homemade Pizza Dough will also taste delicious! STUFFING: Mozzarella cheese, seasoning, and pepperoni are the stuffing in these roll-ups. Add mushrooms, olives, and fresh basil to the stuffing, or add any chopped veggies from the fridge! TOPPING: Brush the top with melted butter to give the outside an extra-crisp crust, and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese & seasonings!

How to Freeze Pizza Roll-Ups
To freeze pizza rolls, place them in an airtight container. They can also be individually wrapped in aluminum foil and stored in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Frozen pizza roll-ups will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
How to Reheat Pizza Rolls
To reheat in the oven: Place in the oven at 350°F and reheat until heated through, about 10 minutes. To reheat on the stovetop: Place them in a lightly greased pan heated to medium low. Cover with a lid and cook 4 minutes per side or until heated through. In the Air Fryer: Turn the air fryer to 350°F and heat 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
