Dhaka Chicken lovers, I’ve got you all covered in this post. This is an absolutely versatile recipe and I can share number of tips to make it your own.
How to make it?
Take chicken, spices, lemon juice, chicken cube and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add 1 egg and mix well. Also add corn flour and plain flour. Mix well. (The mixture is dough like, just separate chicken pieces and coat with flour). In a bowl take plain flour and coat each chicken piece with flour. ( See tips 1 to skip coating and fry immediately.) Chicken nuggets are ready to fry, freeze or bake. To fry: Heat oil in a wok, add chicken nuggets and fry on medium high heat until golden. Remove on a kitchen towel and serve immediately. To bake : Preheat oven at 400 F and bake chicken nuggets on baking tray for 20 minutes or until done. To freeze: Freeze chicken nuggets separately on a baking tray. Once frozen transfer all nuggets in freezer bag in freezer for a month. Fry frozen nuggets on medium heat without thawing.
