Cream cheese and Greek yogurt make the ‘cheesecake’ inspired base. Top it with cherries or your favorite fruit topping for a quick treat. A five-minute cherry cheesecake dessert? Yes, please!
Ingredients for Cheesecake Dip
Cream Cheese – You can use any variety of cream cheese for this recipe, but I recommend a block-style cream cheese over the tub variety for a creamier dip. Low-fat cream cheese works just fine too. Greek Yogurt – Greek yogurt adds a lightness to this dip and makes it easy to scoop. Use plain, vanilla, or fruit-flavored Greek yogurt if you’d like. Cherries – Canned or homemade cherry pie filling is great in this recipe but of course and fruit flavored pie filling will work. You can also top this with fresh fruit or berries. Variations – Add some lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture to brighten the flavors, if desired. For an extra sweet and fluffy texture, fold in some marshmallow fluff. Powdered sugar can be replaced with brown sugar if desired.

How to Store
Keep cherry cheesecake dip in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Cherry cheesecake dip can be frozen but will thaw out grainy. Instead, freeze in ice cube trays and pop one or two out to add to a smoothie, or swirl into overnight oats!
