White Chocolate. If using real white chocolate (no corn syrup – highly recommended for taste), the final product will have a yellowish tint – which can be remedied with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. How to Make Bunny Bait
This recipe is very simple, however as always we will walk through the process step-by-step, and you can watch the video for additional help. Begin by lining a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat, wax paper or parchment paper. Set aside. Then, in a large bowl, combine rice Chex cereal and pretzel pieces. Next, melt the white chocolate chips and butter either in the microwave or over a double boiler. Once the mixture is smooth, pour the white chocolate over cereal/pretzel mixture and stir to combine. Then, stir in the M&Ms, mini eggs and sprinkles. Next, spread the bunny bait out onto a large baking sheet in an even layer. Let sit at room temperature until hardened (1-2 hours). Once hardened, gently break apart the pieces with your hands. (This process can be sped up by placing the mixture in the refrigerator or outside on a chilly day). If desired, sprinkle the mixture with powdered sugar before it hardens completely.
