For even baking, cut larger sprouts in half so all of them are the same size. Cut Brussels will crisp a bit better than whole and soak up more buffalo sauce. For extra crispy Buffalo Brussel Sprouts, place them under the broiler for about 4 minutes, shaking the pan after 2 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 4 days. Reheat under the broiler or in an air fryer.
