My mom baked with my sister and I as far back as I can remember, and over the years I’ve worked hard to perfect our favorite Christmas cookie recipes. Freezing Dough & Cookies

If you would like to start preparing farther in advance than one day, you can. Gradually let the dough thaw in the refrigerator or on the counter before baking – never ever microwave frozen cookie dough!
