Easy Air Fryer Zucchini Chips
A crispy air fried crust with tender zucchini inside, I literally can’t get enough of these.
Ingredients
ZUCCHINI Zucchini is our choice here, but don’t be afraid to try summer squash (yellow squash) or even sliced patty-pan squash. SPICES AND COATING Panko and parmesan cheese are mixed with a handful of spices, these are more Italian-leaning. A bit of cornmeal adds great crunch to this recipe. Swap it up and season with ranch dressing, taco seasoning or your own favorite spice blend.

Preheat the air fryer. No need to peel, the skins add extra nutrition and taste great. Cook in a single layer for the best results. Reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Serve with dips like Homemade Ranch Dressing (fave) or marinara.
